The 1974 Suzuki GT750, affectionately known as the “Kettle” in the UK, remains one of the most recognisable and beloved two-strokes of the 1970s. With its liquid-cooled three-cylinder engine and smooth, torquey power delivery, the GT750 offered a level of refinement few other two-strokes could match—earning it a reputation as the gentleman’s superbike of its time. Now offered by TBR Classics, this red example shows 25,391 miles and presents in very nice condition throughout. It appears to be an unrestored bike, retaining a great deal of originality and character. While it’s not confirmed whether the chrome work has ever been restored, if it has, it’s been carried out to a very high standard, with an authentic finish that fits seamlessly with the rest of the machine. The paintwork, engine, and overall presentation reflect long-term care and preservation rather than heavy restoration.
